BRAIDED CHEVRON QUILT

Braided Chevron is a quilt made of lengths of braids. The braids are easily made using Sew and Fold on a Roll. The size of the quilt simply depends on how large you need it to be. The number of braids also depends upon the desired width of the quilt. The measurements in this pattern make each braid 6 inch finished width.
1. Begin with a triangle measuring 3 7/8 inch diagonally and strips cut 1 5/8 inch by 1 inch. For more information regarding the sizes of the fabric pieces, see the directions on the Sew and Fold on a Roll paper and label.
2. Sew the strips alternately to each side of the triangle as shown. Make the length of the braid the desired length of your quilt.

3. Sew the lengths of braids together. Tear the paper away.

4. The top of the quilt is finished with corner and top triangles

5. Add a border, if desired, or simply bind the quilt.
